Monday Pump
Ah, back to some semblance of routine. Young Instructor's pump class on Monday. All the familiar faces. A lot more banter these days. One of the flers there just became a new dad. Two of us seasoned dads rolled eyes at his sleepless nights.
Anyway, it was a good class as usual. Sweated more than usual, coz I think it was rather intense. Can't remember the track names, but every track seemed tough. YI I reckon has great potential, and I am sure in a few years down the line, he'll be one heck of an instructor. As usual, he managed to squeeze 10 tracks into that time slot. The overall atmosphere in the gym seems quiet, as though some christmas plague of laziness has hit. The jam class afterward seemed quieter than usual as well.
Oh, I notice my ex FCI seems to be back in full swing, taking THREE classes on 2nd January, ie, Pump, RPM and Pilates. Must check it out.
Also, side note from yhsmom, TIME MAGAZINE MAN OF THE YEAR AWARD goes to YOU!!!! FDI must be chuffed!!!

Originally planned to go to your YI's pump class on Monday evening, just to accompany wifey while she sweats out (or should I say bomb out)in Tough Cookie's PT session, but opted to do Sue Prosser's morning pump and Kenny's BS instead. Now with hindsight, should have gone to YI's one, and then Mr. Cool Ver 2.0. rpm thereafter. Sue insisted on doing Pump 59, the latest one before the launch, so that we can "benefit" from the techniques for the latest launch. Aiyo....so xian already...squats with Simply Irresistable lah, chest with Pump up the Jam lah....
FBB...btw who became the new daddio in the 4.45pm class...DM???
So FB is going to do Pilates with ex-FCI on Jan 2nd? Wah! What dedication and loyalty!
haiya, how did you surmise that? nooo lah, at the most, either pump OR rpm. pub holiday, gotta entertain the kids ya know.
FBB...wat time is your ex-FCI doing pump or rpm on 2nd Jan? Normally dont c u at the gym on pub holiday wan. However, you will even contemplate taking up a wee bit of time from your kiddos to attend his pump/rpm class....pui fook pui fook hor? In your ex-FCI's book, you will definitely be voted "FAN OF THE YEAR/CENTURY"...kekekekekekeke....Hmmmm..now IF ONLY your ex-FCI does BODYJAM, I am certain you will be there boogie-ing and shaking your tut tut off...hahahaha
ex-FCI is trained in Jam but opt not to teach it :p Am SURE FBB will be jamming away if ex-FCI conduct a class :p

puhleeez lah, u ppl think i see my ex FCI so up meh? if the great leon lai FDI's jam isnt enough to lure me, when lionheart is limbering, and yhsmom in attendance, whatttever makes u think i'd attend exFCI's jam, even if it was spread on toast with melted butter?!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!
